ABOUT

The design of the visual identity and experience for Cinema Mexico aims to introduce this art house cinema to a cultured audience. Positioned in stark contrast to the typical identities of large multiplexes, this small cinema in the heart of the city center seeks to carve out its own distinctive niche. The goal is not only to offer a selection of high-quality films but also to create an environment that represents a unique experience for the audience.  The design seeks to convey a sense of intimacy, sophistication, and engagement with cinematic art, inviting the audience to discover a new world of film and cinematic culture.

This branding is built upon elements that convey intimacy and engagement with cinematic art, inviting the audience to explore a new world of cinematic culture. Overall, the goal is to position Cinema Mexico as a unique place for cinema enthusiasts within a niche audience who appreciate both the vintage ambiance and the high quality of the screenings. This project is solely for educational purposes and is non-profit.
